As part of my work at Compare The Market, the UK's largest price comparison website, I led the development of a new comparison vertical for car finance with a unique and attractive customer proposition. I supported the C-Suite team grow its product capabilities by recruiting talent, sourcing tools, and implementing structured frameworks. Additionally, I oversaw the successful launch of a new product in France, improved the B2B platform, and delivered a new D2C sales funnel and CMS re-platform.
I worked with PMI, a Fortune 100 multinational, to re-brand and relaunch an existing product and explore international protection markets. I developed a Board-level strategy to explore life/medical protection products in international markets and managed the product and UX of a differentiated life insurance proposition in the UK.

I played a key role in the Customer Culture Steering Group chaired by the CRO and CTO. The group aimed to put customers at the centre of everything the company did, integrating customer-centric ways of working to deliver the best possible experience to 14 million customers.
I was part of the Design and Delivery team for an annual Senior Management Conference, hosted between Cambridge Corn Exchange and the Guildhalls. Working in a cross-functional team, I opened the conference on stage and delivered a 3-stage workshop that raised awareness of digital design, rapid prototyping, and customer usability to over 300 senior managers and directors.
